France Beaudoin
Host and Producer
France Beaudoin has established herself as a leading light on the Quebec media scene. A journalist by trade, she began her career as a news reporter, presenter and producer.
She would later go on to host a number of TV and radio shows, including Deux filles le matin, the daily talk show Bons baisers de France, the Gala Excellence de La Presse, En direct du monde, Studio 12 and Bons baisers de Sotchi.
For the past 15 years, France has been host of En direct de l’univers, for which she is also creator and associate producer. This flagship music variety show and its companion New Year’s Eve special have received multiple nominations and awards at the ADISQ and Prix Gémeaux galas. For nine years, France has served as associate producer with Attraction Images on the weekday game show Silence on joue, the Quebec version of Hollywood Game Night. An inventive, curious and enterprising businesswoman, she is the founder and CEO of Pamplemousse Productions, the production company behind such shows as Veille sur moi, Je viens vers toi, On ramassera demain, On va se le dire, Retour vers la culture, Banc public, Mammouth (soirée, ball and Hedbo weekly segments), Dans un cinéma près de chez vous, Les dix, La revue culturelle, La commande culturelle, Des familles comme les autres as well as the documentaries Les seize saisons de Nagano, Janine Sutto : À sa manière, Les femmes de Raël, Dominique Michel : J’avance, Du monde
des mots, Je suis un Ferland and Entends ma voix…, to name but a few.
She also hosts and produces the long-running talk shows Dis-moi tout and Pour emporter, the latter now in its seventh season.
Her multiple Gémeaux Awards and long list of Gala Artis nominations are a testament to the special relationship she has enjoyed with Quebec audiences over the years.
Actualité magazine ranked her 22nd in its list of Top 100 most influential Quebecers in 2024.
